Canon-Point: For plot-reasons, we ask that all characters be alive at the time of their canonpoint (The one exception being characters currently in deadlandia). If that means apping your Disney Villain from when they were falling to their death, by all means, feel free! You are welcome to keep this a secret from other players, if you'd like.

Character History: Wiki links welcome, if there are none available/your character is more obscure, we'd appreciate a small write-up on their history/canon to familiarize ourselves with it.
Character Personality: Please give us a small write-up on what makes your character tick, and show us how they could be made to break like a toothpick. If you are apping a character from R1, we also ask for you to add at least one paragraph detailing how their personality has changed between canon and R1.

Abilities: Does your character possess any special abilities? All natural abilities, such as culinary talents and gymnastic skills, will remain unaffected during their stay. Any sort of "special" powers such as superpowers may still be available to them, but anything "overpowered" might be slightly dampened. If your character has powers, please note how you'd like them to be so here.
Motives: What would drive your character to kill? If your character "wouldn't kill", we'd like you to use this section to provide information on how they'd contribute to the game/how you feel they'd be suited for it?
Character Hopes and Fears: What does your character truly hope for? What does your character truly fear? This can be written in conjunction with motives, if applicable, though "fears" here can be something as mundane as the dark or spiders. Both this and the motives section can be bullet-pointed.

Regains: Please list up to five material regains here that your character could possibly regain as time goes on, as well as a short description for each of them. Nothing too big and no complex weapons/machines, please.
Third Person Sample: Write a sample of decent length showcasing your character's personality in the setting! It can be about them reacting to a motive, dealing with the day-to-day life stuck in an actually haunted mansion, plotting out a murder, as long as it takes place in the hotel, the choice is up to you.

We will also accept threads from our test drive or (for characters who participated), our mock trial. In this case, threads should be 20 comments long (i.e. ten comments from your character).
