Ursula, also known to her neighbors as "The Sea Witch", is an ambitious woman with more than a few tricks up her sleeves. Once one of Atlantica's most notorious troublemakers, she now devotes her talents to helping the needy - though not without a cost.
Most days, Ursula can be found sitting at her vanity or stirring a variety of pots, ever in pursuit of furthering her abilities and her station as exile of Atlantica. The epitome of "large and in charge", she has a flare for the dramatic and hates when she doesn't get her way.
